Families of 4 or more runners can email for your family discount code (terms and conditions apply).  Make sure you do this before you purchase your tickets.  A discount cannot be applied once tickets are purchased. 

Family discounts will not be available on the day.









Terms and Conditions:
4 Packs Pass valid for use for one adult, concession, family or child pass until 16 December 2019. Offer valid for online entries only. Runners will receive offer on collection of registration pack.
10% discount can be redeemed at Penguin Parade retail outlets valid Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September. Offer excludes already discounted or sales items; items already included in promotions; perishable products; books, media, stamps and eco bags. Redeem 10% discount offer by showing running bib at sales counter.

Sustainability and Environmental Awareness

Phillip Island Nature Parks and Westernport Water are protecting the Bass Coast area through sustainability programs and environment awareness through education.  Trailsplus is committed to supporting their work and asks all participants, including sponsors and exhibitors, to align with this commitment.Phillip Island Cups

Trailsplus no longer uses single use drink cups but requires all competitors to carry their own multi-use cup.  These are available for purchase at the event for $5 each, in your choice of green, blue, yellow and pink.

Please consider your impact on the environment by using personal drink bottles instead of single use water bottle, and by bringing multi-use bags for purchases, instead of plastic bags.  Boomerang Bags, as part of their efforts to reduce plastic landfill and single use plastic, will be selling their beautifully made bags with designs for everyone.

Thank you for your consideration of the environment.  And future generations will thank you, too.

Race Pack Collection and Check-In

Race packs will not be mailed to competitors.  Instead, check-in and pack collection can be done at the following times:

Sat 14th Sept Event location between 2pm and 5pm
Sun 15th Sept Event location 1 hour before your race start time

We apologise that another location in Melbourne was NOT able to be organised for bib collection.

  • Runners must collect their own bibs
  • Runners cannot run using another person’s bib**
  • Runners cannot transfer their bib to another runner**
**As per insurance and risk management requirements

All races are on Sunday 15th September.


Runner Time Check Points

50km and 42km runners only.

Times are when runners must be leaving the check point (not arriving).

++ Runners who miss this time check will be diverted to the 42km course and will receive a 42km medal and finish time.

** Runners who miss this time check will be shuttled from Kitty Miller Bay to the finish and will not receive a medal or a finish time.
